    Has this topic been discussed? I’m new here and the only program I owned before is MA45 which recommended 14hr fasting… is it also suggested for elevate 1?

      If you like the intermittent fasting you can definitley do it during ma elevate too. But it is not required. You can spread out the food however you like it. What matters is that you eat the right amount of food, not so much at what times (besides eating surrounding your workouts).

        Thank you! I can’t say I like fasting for that long 😂 but I don’t mind it. It seems like it’s more food in this plan. I started yesterday and my whole family loved the breakfast sandwich 😅
