I love these goals, Deidra! Always in pursuit of improving our mindset and habits. Great job, and this sounds like it was an amazing workout! I bet you felt so good afterwards.

MA60 is a challenging program! I’m glad you’re enjoying it. As this is a strength-based program, we only do the endurance training once/week to ensure adequate muscle gain. The workouts themselves are very “cardiovascular” in the sense that your heart rate should be quite elevated throughout, but if you are looking for more traditional cardio, you can add it up to 3x a week for 20-30 minutes.

Change is always hard, Rocky, and it’s going to take the body time to adjust. If you are just getting started into a new fitness routine, it can take up to 6-8 weeks for your body to adapt, but it WILL adapt as you keep showing up. Stay encouraged, keep checking in, and we are here to encourage you alon

I’m so glad this system keeps you encouraged and motivated. I’m happy to help on the nutrition side of things. If you send me a DM, let’s see what we can set up. Are you following the meal plans provided?

Welcome to MA45, Reem! I’m glad you felt challenged. Just keep showing up and trusting the process. This program is very effective when you stick to both the workouts and the nutrition. Excited to see your journey on it!

This sounds like a magical day, Leshel, and walking over 8+ miles! Wow. Sounds like a beautiful active rest day.

Wow, way to listen to your body, Deidra. I wonder if you spend a few minutes focusing on releasing the neck and shoulders in your warm up, if this will affect their tendency to overcompensate in difficult movements. I’m glad that you keep that mind-muscle connection going throughout because that really makes a big difference. Every session is a learning experience. You’ve grown so much!

That’s a great feeling to notice that improvement! Yes, Deidra! Adjusting your hand placement on the reverse tabletop is fine, so long as you’re still feeling that you’re working the shoulder mobility. It’s good to notice that, though, because this is an area that can be focused on for future improvement/mobility. Overall, this sounds like it was a great workout!

This is beautiful, Deidra, and I’m so happy for you that you are making this investment now. It will truly change the trajectory of your life and abilities down the road! Keep inspiring. You are doing amazing work.

Good job getting those workouts in, Leshel! This programming will work to correct any imbalances over time. Keep up the great work. Hopefully that appetite revs up soon! Do you find that when you fast like that you are hungrier in the afternoon/evening?

Haha! Hope you got some good rest. You’re putting in the work!

Great job, Leshel! Let me know how the additional protein shake helps. Are you following the Elevate 1 meal plan? You may need to add an additional snack throughout the day.

Welcome to week 2! Building those healthy habits week by week – great job!
