  Elevation 2 Nutrition/Meal Guide

  Hi fellow MA Warriors! Does anyone know when the nutrition/meal guide will be available for Elevation 2? I have done the Elevation 1 program several times now and super excited to start Elevation 2, but I want to start it once I have the suggested nutrition guide. Thanks!

  That’s a good question. I am also waiting on it, too. In the meantime, I’m revisiting E1 to rebuild some strength. I figured it’d be ready in some weeks would be my guess. 💪

    Thanks! Yes I am revisiting E1 too. It’s a great program, but definitely looking forward to E2.

  I am pretty sure on one of the lives, Massy said the meal plan would be the same. I can’t recall which one it was, but you should be able to go back and re-watch the lives to find it. If I come across it I will let you know.

    Thanks Otisha! I’ll have to try to find that but definitely hope there’s an easier way to find that out too.
