Two days ago I was scrolling through Instagram, honestly not paying attention to any of the contents or posts, but Massy’s post in which she was crying paused me and I felt her right away. I saw myself and felt connected. I came across her post in a time of my life when I desperately needed help. I have been under depression for a while now and drowning and losing control over my life and my family. I am mother of five beautiful kids and taking care of my parents at the same time. I need to be me for them and myself, but I have lost that charm.
I hope I could empower myself, my mental health alone my physical health with the help of this program.
