I would call myself health conscious. I’ve been a Zumba instructor and trainer for about 11 years so I stay active which I enjoy. I’m 56 years old and have struggled with depression in the past and found that exercise keeps me healthy mentally and physically . I have a fairly healthy eating lifestyle but sometimes struggle with sweets/desserts. I’m a pescatarian and limit gluten products. Due to a knee injury from kickboxing I had to rest from exercise for a few months and therefore put on extra weight. My goal is to: get back to a healthy weight, (currently I’m 15 pounds overweight), reshape and tone my body and gain muscle mass in areas that, for me, are hard to tone like my inner thighs, butt, and arms.
