I’m a busy mom of two that loves to workout, but loves eat delicious foods just as much, which is how I got here. My goal is to lose 100lbs over the next year or so. I’ve done CrossFit for the past 6 years and my weight has fluctuated up and down a lot. I can keep up but I really desire to look like I workout. I’m excited to finally give this a try. I’ve been watching Massy for years. I really want to know how it feels to be healthy all around and have a six pack.
