"This program is amazing. I have gained strength for sure. Those down dog holds were tough in week 1 but I am getting better. I feel "lighter" and less bloated and don't even crave unhealthy food due to the amazing meal plan. The strength training and alternating mobility days have been great for my recovery and mental health. I feel less anxiety overall."
