I would like to work my core, tone up, learn to really eat right, and get heart healthy. I have been excited about working out most of my life but lately I have struggled with motivation and I hVent seen progress with what I have been doing. I work from home and have a desk job. I recently put on 10 pounds. I’m going in the wrong direction. My energy is even dropping. I have tried other things and have had some success but I want this as a lifestyle.
