Hello Everyone,

I am 40 years old and I feel like I have been on my “journey” since I turned 30! It’s been an emotional yo/yo process but instead of giving up too long I continue to try and find what works for me.  I have always enjoyed fitness but have also had an unbalanced relationship with food and consistency. Dance is my first love but i love being able to do “strong” things. My goal with Ma45 is to get to a place where I can do pull ups lol and  be so  genuinely proud of myself and genuinely proud of what I see in the mirror. Not just from a physique perspective but an overall positive self image from the inside out. Happy to be here!
