Biographies aren’t my strength because there is only so much you can say but here we go! I am a mother, wife and yes in that middle age range! I have been using Fitness to cope, encourage and transform my health since my salsa dancing And track running days in the early 2000s. I have decided to continue this journey and become a student of fitness and nutrition. I have learned that it is self care and a form of “playing” for me. I’m so happy to be here with all of these beautiful like minded people. Let’s get it!
