Born in Memphis, TN in 1970. I was introduced to exercise/workout routines by my mother at the age of 5 which helped me to learn how to count and recite the alphabet. I have been exercising ever since. My goal the older I get is to have a healthy lifestyle; not only exercising, but eating healthier too. My biggest challenge is totally giving up milk chocolate candy. I have managed to only eat one candy bar on Sundays only. I would love to give it up completely. I have a workout regime which consisted of the following six days a week: Sundays – exercise for 45 minutes to an hour. Monday -Friday: exercise three times a day (4:15a.m for 15 minutes; 7:10a.m. – Tabata four minutes workout routine and hula hoop (200 rotations); and 5:30p.m. for 25 minutes workout and hula hoop (200 rotations). I drink water mornings, afternoons, and after my evening workout routines. I have recently added drinking bone both to my diet. I also drink green tea and dandelion tea daily. My goal is to get killa abs. 🙂
