Directions
- In one pot mix the coconut milk, water, and salt in a saucepan with a cover.
- Add rice and stir to combine.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for about 18-20 minutes
- Turn off heat and let it sit for a few minutes before removing cover and fluffing the rice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
- 1 (13 ounce) can reduced fat coconut milk
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds, OPTIONAL
