Welcome to Level One of the TRU Transformation System!
Get ready to be challenged and grow as we embark on a 12-week journey that will challenge not only the way you move but also the way you think about movement! By the end of our 90 days together, you will understand your body in a fresh way and be equipped to get real results through a fitness approach that has changed thousands of lives!
The TRU Transformation System includes expert-designed programming that mimics the exact style of training I have used to get my body strong, fit, and virtually pain-free. As we journey through Level One together, we will lay a foundation through functional strength training workouts, speed work, and mobility work.
For these 12 weeks, we will be training 5 days a week on most weeks. Two of these days will focus on the lower body, 2 on upper, and one day will focus on speed and mobility. The only alteration will be an intentional Total Download week at week 11. The 12 weeks are broken down into 3 phases of 4 weeks each. We recommend taking progress photos each week, as well as at the beginning and at each phase “milestone” to help track your progress! You may submit progress photos here.
Below are your meal plans. You have the options of Flexitarian, which includes both carnivore and plant-based recipes, or Vegan.
