Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place fish on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray; lightly coat fish with garlic evenly
- Bake fish for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
- Squeeze lemon wedges over fish
Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) white fish fillets
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbs minced fresh garlic
- or add lemon garlic seasoning
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 lemon wedges
