  5. Warrior 1 (30seconds each)
  6. Tree Pose (30seconds each)
  7. Warrior 2 (30seconds each)
  8. Reverse Warrior (15seconds each)
  9. Extended Side Angle Pose (30seconds each)
  10. Wide-Legged Forward Fold (1minute)
  11. Malasana (30seconds)
  12. Supine Overhead Reach (20seconds)
  13. Supine Alternating Overhead Reach (10each)
  14. Twisted Roots Pose (1minute each)
