  1. Stand, Eyes Closed (1minute)
  2. Shinbox ISO Hold (30seconds each)
  3. Shinbox Rotation (10each)
  4. All Four Modified Pigeon (10each)
  5. Pigeon (1minute each)
  6. Modified Double Pigeon (2minutes each)
  7. Wall Quad Stretch (1minute each)
  8. Wall Psoas Stretch (1minute each)
  9. Wall Psoas Stretch w/Rotation (10 each)
  10. Wall Feet Inverted (1minute)
  11. Wall Straddle (1minute)
  12. Wall Butterfly (1minute)
  13. Wall Glute Stretch (1minute each)
  14. Wall Sidelying Trunk Rotation, Grab either Knee or Extended Top Foot (1minute each)
  15. Shavasana w/Feet Inverted on Wall (3minutes)
