  4. Half Splits Pose (30seconds each)
  5. Wall Gate Pose, Facing Wall – Knee Bent (30seconds each)
  6. Wall Gate Pose, Facing Wall – Knee Extended (30seconds each)
  7. Wall Gate Pose, Wall on Side – Knee Bent (30seconds each)
  8. Gate Pose, No Wall – Knee Extended (30seconds each)
