  1. Stand, Eyes Closed (1minute)
  2. Reach to Sky – Inhale, Forward Fold – Exhale (10)
  3. Reverse Lunge with Overhead Reach (8each)
  4. Low Lunge Pose (30seconds)
  5. Half Split Pose (30seconds each)
  6. Table Top Pose (20seconds)
  7. Respiratory Cat Cow (10breaths) Exhale Cat, Inhale Cow
  8. Balancing Table – AKA Birddog (20seconds each)
  9. All Four Thread the Needle (30seconds each)
  10. Puppy Dog (30seconds)
  11. Child’s Pose (1minute)
  12. Supine Single Leg Knee Hug (1minute each)
  13. Sidelying Pec Stretch (45seconds each)
  14. Prone Shavasana – Towel on Forehead and Belly (3minutes)
