Fall Challenge 2025

This program is an 8-week comprehensive, expert-designed workout program that comes with a comprehensive, easy-to-follow nutrition plan. Not only will we be building muscle and gaining strength, but we will also be keeping our joints, muscles, and minds healthy through calming mobility flows to improve flexibility and range of motion. Sculpt is the program to get you results now with the vision to keep you strong and mobile for the long-term.

How It Works – This program is built on progressive overload. A unique aspect to the Sculpt program is that you will be repeating the first portion of each workout every week. This is going to allow you to get really familiar with these movements and, as you get stronger, increase the resistance. You may wish to keep a journal and write down the weights you’re using each week.

Every two weeks, you will see the last portion of the workouts change. The movements will be slightly more advanced.

For the mobility flows, you will have two unique mobility flows during the week, and these flows will change every two weeks.

BONUS MATERIAL: After you complete the 30-day challenge, we recommend completing the 4 weeks of bonus workouts! These workouts will continue the journey of progressive overload and help lay a solid foundation of movement.

Progress Calendar – Consistency is key to success. Use this printable progress calendar to visually mark your progress through the challenge!

Progressive Overload Tracker – An important key to seeing results is practicing progressive overload in your workouts. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways, as described in the tracking document, but the key is to keep the body sufficiently challenged so that it will continue to adapt.
