  • Progress Photos submitted by the 1st of every month at 11:59pm PST
  • Minimum of 2 Instagram Posts promoting the Mas Vida programs (+ TRU Supplements on at least one)
  • Minimum of 2 Instagram Stories promoting the Mas Vida programs (+ TRU Supplements on at least one)

Instagram Post Criteria

  • Post may be a reel, an image, or a carousel
  • Post must include an "exit ramp" in the caption for people to sign up. This can be a link in your bio or including www.massyarias.com/links in your caption.
  • If using link in bio, we suggest using your affiliate link (linking to https://www.tru.training/go/join/) so that you have the opportunity to earn commission!
  • Posts must be made on separate days to qualify.
  • One post must include TRU Supplements and tag @tru_supplements

Instagram Story Criteria

  • Please include a direct link for people to sign up using the "links" option in your story (https://www.tru.training/go/join)
  • Again, we suggest using your affiliate link!
  • Story posts must be made during separate story "sets" to apply (for example, one morning post and an evening post) or on separate days
  • Story posts must be posted directly to story to qualify (simply sharing your qualifying IG post to your story will not qualify, as this doesn't have the same "reach")
  • One story must also include TRU Supplements content and tag @tru_supplements

Ideas and Tips to Create Content

Content Idea #1
Use snippets from a workout to create a reel about your journey or maybe just a piece of it. Overlay text to describe your experience, if desired, but keep it short and simple!

Create "A Day in the MA Lifestyle" Reel that highlights all of the components that make up a successful day when you're on the MA Journey (i.e. the workout, nutrition, water intake, stretching/recovery, important of sleep, managing stress, supplements, etc). Optional: Use the voiceover feature in Instagram reels.

Sharing a mindset shift you've learned along the way. One way to share this is to create a reel with a moving picture, then use a "DARK" aesthetic overlay and put you're quote or lesson you learned on top. Aim to keep reel short (7-9 seconds).

"Then" versus "Now" posts. For example: transformation posts, perhaps of a move you struggled with before but now have improved, or showing your physical transformation, or ditching old habits and creating new ones. Walk people through your journey and show them how you are changing, little by little, and how that adds up to big change!

Other Affiliate Ideas

  • Create an email list using a free email service like Aweber or Mailchimp and start a monthly newsletter! Each issue could include pictures of your progress, successes and struggles from that month, and how you're overcoming challenges to make this lifestyle work. You could also include tips about what you're learning!
  • Start a blog! Write a review about your transformation journey.
  • Create YouTube videos about fitness content/your journey and include your affiliate link in the caption.
  • Create an IG highlight about your journey and the Mas programs
  • Word of Mouth! The more you progress, the more people will be asking what you are doing to see results. "I'll send you a text with the link!"
